Safety and Calm

Challenge #70

Wake up and look outside the window. Are you feeling safe and calm? Savor what you see and feel. Be in a state of blissful gratitude for all the goodness around you.   Carry that feeling with you as you get ready for the day, driving or getting to work, errands or whatever the tasks are for you. See how long you are able to hold onto the feelings of calm and safety.  I challenge you to try to maintain these feelings throughout an entire 24 hour period and see how it changes your day....
